Cookie Policy

Effective date: 20/08/2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Street Map Prints ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.streetmapprints.co.uk (the "Site"), in line with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function properly, remember your preferences, and give us information about how the site is used. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, and local storage, which we refer to collectively as "cookies" in this policy.

2. Types of cookies we use

A table with four columns labeled Category, Purpose, Can you disable?, and a description in each category.

3. Cookies used on this Site

The table below is a representative list. Update it to match the exact tools you actually use before publishing.

A table listing different types of cookies and tracking technologies, including site session cookie, Stripe, Netflix hosting cookies, Google Analytics, email marketing platform cookie, and Meta/Instagram Pixel, along with their categories, purposes, and typical durations.

If you add new tools (e.g. a review platform, live chat, or additional ad pixels), please add them to this table so the policy stays accurate.

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are placed by third-party services we use to run and improve the Site, such as our payment provider, hosting provider, and (if enabled) analytics or advertising partners. These third parties may use cookies according to their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review:

5. Managing your cookie preferences

When you first visit the Site, you'll see a cookie banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies (functional, performance, and marketing). You can change your preferences at any time.

You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you:

  • View what cookies are stored and delete them individually.

  • Block third-party cookies.

  • Block all cookies from specific or all sites.

  • Delete all cookies when you close your browser.

Please note that blocking or deleting strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Site, such as checkout, from working correctly. For guidance on managing cookies in your specific browser, visit www.aboutcookies.org or your browser's help pages.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and technologies we use, or for legal reasons. We'll post any updates on this page with a revised "Effective date."
